Prepare the Package

Carefully pack the items in their original Gibson Homewares packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your box.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
